The difference is Jesus Christ. There is no one that is righteous on their own. Right standing with God is obtained ONLY by believing in Jesus Christ.

It is true that people who lie go to Hell, but only if they die. You see, everyone who dies goes to Hell. But, Hell isn't the place that most people think it is otherwise why would Job have asked God to send him there? Hell is just the common grave of all mankind. nicely, i actually do not think of that there may well be any sturdy statistics on that subject rely, ideal? I mean, who counted them? one difficulty it somewhat is authentic is that many of the human beings who bypass to church are actually not inevitably saved. some human beings bypass to church for the incorrect reasons, so they're not extremely saved. in the event that they're ninety 9.9% or basically 9%, no person knows, basically God. the difficulty is that the decal you observed is perhaps from some bitter guy or woman that has something against God, faith or church. "Liers", as in people who lay down, are not likely to go to hell by many Christians' standards, except if the circumstances around that laying were specifically taboo (i.e., a man laying down with another man as if he were a woman, etc.).

But "liars", as in people who don't tell the truth", are not likely to go to hell either, regardless of the standards, since hell doesn't exist.

I think that the people that do bad things including lieing and all that they go to hell and the people who do good things in there life go to heaven but they must of done something bad in life so in my opinion i will say that if you do more good things than bad things in your life you will go to heaven and if you do more bad things than good things you go to hell but that's what i think it might not be true.

One's soul goes to hell when he/she does not repent, have remorse, commits sin without asking for forgiveness. Cleansing your soul and truly being sorry for your sins, and asking God, through his Son Jesus Christ for forgiveness will keep you from going to hell, of course, and living a good, moral life, not merely just lying.

There are also unforgiveable sins, but that is another topic.

If a life of sin was continually lived with no repentance, than I believe that person would not go to heaven.
