In a Zombie Glass, 1/2 oz Vodka, Irish Creme, Coffee Liqueur & Milk to fill the glass. Standards are Bailey's and Kahlua. However, seeing as how you asked that question, make sure you know what's being put into your drink. Many times, you will be paying for the good stuff and get the cheaper sub. You won't notice and the bar makes a little more money.

Back to the drink. You can build this drink but a general rule is if milk is an ingredient, shake or blend. Bartending is not a trade of set rules. Any monkey can learn a few hundred drinks and make them for you. True bartending is about breaking rules and thinking outside the box. Istead of milk, use ice cream. Not just vanila either. Add dashes of grenadine for colour and creative garnishes from the exotic fruits area in your grocery store. Image counts just as much as taste.

Bailey's, Kaluha, half and half, vanilla ice cream and ice. Blend until frothy. Line a frosted glass with chocolate syrup and pour in the mudslide.

And yes- Bailey's IS the best.
