Yes, actually it does!

A lot of things can help with your mensteral craps & your flow.
Excercising is a great way to help your body through that time of the month.

It's also what you eat that can make your flow heavy and crampy, Which is no fun at all.... Make sure that you are eating plenty of fruits, and make sure you stay active even when it's not 'that time of the month' !

-NOTE-
( Yogurt is one of the best foods to eat durring that time of the month, It has active cultures in it, which means it's a live food just as fruits. It's very good for you durring that time of the month )



If you are eating fatty foods, with lots of calories your body
begins to reject it, thus making it much harder on your body.

Exercising is the best thing you can do for a cramp. If you lie around it isn't helping the cramp at all...just making it worse probably.
