You should go do something y'all have never done before. Surprise him with something you know he likes - not a present per se, but something new and exciting. Maybe make love on a beach if there is one near you, or a lake.

Romantic candle light dinner at his house that he made. That is always better than some restaurant. It is from him. Its more romantic. And maybe depending on where he lives a nice stroll through the park!

if you have money make a reservation in a good hotel for a good dinner and dance.

hmm..a romantic new year's plan arh?no prob..any budget?for me as a guy..i do hope u can hab a small night pinic @ e beach or somewhere tt is nice and quiet..i didn't know if you are in singapore because i'm from singapore and of course every yr of the new yr..here we have fireworks show..bring your boyfriend to places with fireworks and tell him how much u love him and how much he is important to u..tt e best thing i believe e guy will nv forget ;)
