spraying uv is ok but what colour?

i know you can spray uv onto decoy pigeons but the colours vary,so what colour dose the wild pigeon see on the dcoy's?

whats the point of this,im intrigued. Iv shot all my life and never heard of this. I alwasy thought pigeons see in black and white
