As long as you have your passport AND your green card, you shouldn't have a problem. To cover all bases, however, you may also want to carry a certified copy of your marriage certificate. When you get the airline ticket, get the ticket in your married name since that's the name you go by now.

Just carry a marriage or divorce certificate too to explain to the authorities why there is a discrepancy. They can be very suspicious of these things. Stick to the name you use most often and make the change on your passport and not your greencard because it takes AGES to get it done!

Your green card is a US immigration document that only US customs will care about, your passport was issued by your home land government, so yes you are covered either way!

in case you have your beginning certificates it would help too. As your drivers license has the two names on it you have got info of your maiden call with it and then the marriage certificates might tutor the married call and you oftentimes sign them with your maiden call in any case. that would desire to be all which you're able to desire to have a semi soft holiday. merely be arranged to be searched at each and each airport however. do no longer take it very own and do merely what they ask so which you would be able to get with the aid of it promptly and pleasantly. Have a large trip and a secure holiday!

Probably they could, because when they check your passport when entering they run it through a bar code reader and that gets them your info form a computer. However, I wouldn't count on it, and you probalby should get your passport updated. if in doubt, call the passport office.

you should be able to but the best thing would be to get it changed to your married name. just make sure you bring all your documentation with you. you might want to call immigration or either the airlines or customs and ask them to make absolutely sure because you don't want to run into any problems at the last minute.
