He said he just wanted to be friends with benefits, which I am fine with, honestly, but I'm just trying to figure out if his actions are saying it's more. He acted jealous when my ex-bf called and tried to talk me out of getting back together with him when I said I might, he drove 100 miles to see me, spent the night and cuddled the whole time, he breaks plans with his friends to be with me, when I was at his house he wanted me to sleep over and when I wanted to go he was practically clinging on to me to keep me from going, we hang out together in public, and he kisses me at random times, even when he's not turned on or doing foreplay, and we talk a lot and watch movies together and stuff like that. Do people really act this way with their FWB??? Do you think he has feelings for me?

no he prob doesn't want more. I am in a guy and was in that same exact situation, minus the 100 miles.

I got jelous when I thought she was hooking up with another guy. When I found out she wasn't (the guy is gay) I was happy. Yet I don't want a relationship with her. I liked and still do like her, but as a friend. A hot friend I like to hook up with.

If he is telling you he doesn't want to get serious, listen to him. The only reason he would lie is if you specifically said that you DID NOT want a relationship. If you were nutral about it and would be ok with it either way, he is telling you the truth.

I think it's more than FWB. That's the way it sounds anyhow. Seems that may be his little front that he has because he may have recently gotten out of a relationship, but yet he enjoys doing all of these things with you. And the clingy part is a sure sign that he does have feelings for you. Talk to him, and see what is really on his mind.

I had a friend with benefits, and he did not act the way you describe. I think you should have a heart to heart talk with him. Some people are not able to be FWB. He definitely sounds like his feelings are deeper than he's letting on.

Yep, he wants to be more than FWB. Was the FWB your idea and he just agreed to it thinking that is the only way he could be with you? Or was it a mutual choice and he is just falling for you? You either have to dump him flat and no more sex with him, or start dating the poor guy cause he's in puppy love ;)

It definitely sounds more than just FWB. The question is, do you have feelings for him that are more than just FWB? Talk to him about it, either tell him its too much, or tell him you have feelings for him. Either way just keep the communication open. Good Luck!

No to me friends w/ benefits is kept quiet...that is NO PDA. A little flirting is OK for everyone to see. I think he likes you but is not sure if he is ready to be in a full relationship. I say if he is what you want and you do not mind the situation just go with it! Have fun .......being in a relationship is not always what it is cracked up to be.

Well wouldn't he lose his friends with benefits if you got back together with your ex ?? Maybe that all it was about. Ive had a friend with benefits for 8 yrs now and we do all that. He is in love with me but I am not in love with him.

Of course...the real question is wheter you are willing to further this relationship...are you ready for serious relationship? If you are not, then continue this friend with benefit...

My advice is that in the long run...friend with benefit hurts those who get rejected...

he clearly has feelings. Word to the wise, FWB always ends badly. You never act the same around eachother once its over.
