They are not hated. They are misguided and need to be educated correctly.

Christians aren't anti-science,most just want to keep some ethics into science by not allowing the cloning of embryos, only to destroy them deliberately to harvest their stem cells. Most are not anti -gay happiness,we just don't want a homosexual agenda teaching kids that being gay is fine, while ignoring the obvious danger of a gay lifestyle including the spread of diseases.Christians are against abortion,it is killing the unborn and harming women. At some point, people who say that Christians shouldn't be basing their decisions regarding law, legislation, voting, bills on their religion need to realise that everyone who votes or makes a decision bases it on something.Humanists might vote differently to a Christian, and they'd be basing their vote on the principles of humanism. Why should it be any different for a religous group?

As long as Christianity, as well as several of the other "ultimate truths", have as their end and gleefully sought after goal, the END OF THE WORLD, and as long as they believe that their rights are being violated if they are denied the opportunity to use the coercive power of the state to shove their god down every ones throat, you will have to put up with us being in your face. Why should we abandon a forum where we can let you know that you will not be allowed to carry out the silly "End Times" rubbish that you seem to forget would include the rest of us.

I'm a Muslim and i don't see the point in hating a group of people who you don't know. I know lots of Christians personally and some are nice some not so nice. Its the same in all walks of life there are good and bad. Why tar everyone with the same brush, its moronic and juvenile.

No. I'm a Muslim and I don't hate Christians. It's what God taught us in the Qur'an: "you have your religion, and I have mine".

Some Christians do make me sad though. It's because they base their entire thinking on forcing the idea that Muhammad is a false prophet, therefore the Qur'an is not the word of God, and therefore Islam is a satanic religion. Unfortunately, an incredibly unfounded line of thought, and a very dangerous way of thinking. I seriously think they should refrain from this stray path. Ultimately, it will not serve them well...

Not all Christians.

I agree that bad Christians deserve scorn and disdain. Any Christian who claims to love his neighbor but actively works against the happiness of gays does deserve our hatred. Any Christian who is willing to hinder medical science does deserve our scorn. Any Christian who thinks that his religion is so important that laws must be passed so that we must act like he does (especially blue laws) deserves our disdain. And any Christian who thinks that his religion is being persecuted in America should be pitied, as he doesn't know what real persecution is.

But not all Christians are like that. I know some that are very reasonable people. They have their beliefs, but they know that not everyone share those beliefs. They support religious freedom, for how terrible would the world be if various religions were made illegal. They honestly help people rather than rely on empty prayers.

So, I'll disagree with hating Christians. I do support hating bad Christians. Unfortunately, there are too many of those.

I don't think people who ask that question have been living in the real world. You'd be surprised how much this question gets asked and its a no brainer.

The answer is they shouldn't be hated but they should be stopped because they're trying to make their religion into secular law.

I am an atheist, but I do not think they should be hated. Each one is an individual with their own set of beliefs. I think hate should be based on the individual, not just on their identity.

i dont think anyone should be hated. jesus said love your enemies. because if you do ! you will find that they believe very much the same thing. and everyone wants peace, and everyone wants to live and love and have large families and grow old and fat. and be left alone to worship their god their own way.

the only problem is there are those that call themselves the enemy of God and they are not to be confused with honest people described above. These people will kill and murder and conspire against the all people of God. They are criminals and God will destroy them some day.

the hot testomony responded that one for us. "Love your enemies and pray for people who despitefully use you." As i visit probable on no account meet those human beings, there is no longer something i will do for them in my opinion. yet i will pay attention the harm and the melancholy of their postings, and that i will take them to God for help from him. I additionally refuse to communicate faith. Does no good. and in many circumstances makes human beings replace into extra desperate to assist their concepts. Jesus stated to no longer forged pearls in the past swines, and Paul stated to circumvent arguments that for the time of basic terms convey approximately attempt. there is no element to debating. yet is somebody ask a extreme question (or a minimum of one to which i will supply a extreme answer) i visit "supply a reason in the back of the desire interior me" and then circulate on. optimistically that plant life a seed that God can some day use to attain them. noticeably if I upload prayer. yet there is no element in getting disillusioned because of the fact they are impolite idiots. it is their subject, no longer yours. instead you in basic terms comprehend it relatively is a cry for help, and pray for them.
