It`s your body tell him to STOP NOW. If he don`t then speak to a responsible person and say you want to change partner and if neccessary tell them why. You have the legal right not to be molested by anyone.

If you are in a relationship, and you are giving your affections to someone who is not your boyfriend, then most likely, you would be cheating. However, it sounds like your science partner is being a jerk and touching you when you don't want to be touched (especially when you say he is touching you in wrong places).
If he is touching you and you are not touching him back and you do not want to touch him or have him touch you, then that would NOT be cheating. If he is touching you and you do not want to be touched, especially at school, tell someone!! Do not keep this inside! Tell your teacher, tell a counselor, tell the principal, tell an adult you trust, just tell somebody! You don't need someone touching you in wrong places if you don't want to be touched, no matter who you are. Please tell someone.

I think you need to tell your b/f and find a different partner. Yes I would say that is cheating b/c you continue to let it happen. If I was you and I told my b/f about this other guy he would kiss is a** and I think this partner of yours needs something like that to teach him to keep his hands to himself.

No dear, its only cheating if you have any kind of sex with him ok. Just tell him to knock it off and that your not interested in his advances. If he continues, make a scene. And have you told your BF?
