My mom knows how to make me look like Cindy Lou Who off of the grinch but its not a 40's or 50's!

look at the hairstyle Queen Elizabeth has that is in the late forties early 50s style just rollers back from the forehead to the nape and down the sides then combed out with a little back combing on the top and the rest left curly. Early 40s a little longer very plain 40s and 50s just after the war.
