Ok, I'm currently sick, of what i believe is a sinus infection. Sore through, running nose, head ache. You know the typical symptoms. Well i noticed in the mirror the other day that my tongue was an orange color and i have no idea if that's normal with a sinus infection or cold what ever i have. I also have cracked lips too.

I was doing some research on this and i can't find much information out about it. I seen that it could be deficiencies, and i seen where it could be a bad fungus. no matter how much i brush this stuff don't go away. Can any one help me out with this?

You really need to see a doctor if you have not already. No, an orange tongue is not normal and can be indicative of other disease processes. It is best to have it checked out. It definitely sounds as if your sinus infection requires some medical intervention.
