so right people im looking for advice here im a small bit obese and am looking for a slimming tablet that can be got on the web something that would have me losing about half a stone ove the couse of a month not something too powerful

Mark to be honest there are no magic slimming pills they are all a big con. Any advert will add in small writing "to be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise". Or something similar. That is all you need to do, forget the pills. Cut back on the calories you consume, a little at a time. And start some exercise, even if it is walking just now. Then progress overtime. Cut out junk food everyday except a Sunday, which. See a Sunday as a reward. You may pig out on the Sunday, however it is physically impossible for you to consume the same amount of junk you would have had if you ate it everyday.
BIGGEST TIP = DONT GIVE UP!!!!!!!

Xenical (stop you absorbing fat) and Reductil AKA Meridia (an appetite suppresant) are the only 2 slimming drugs currently licenced in the UK.
Both are available on prescription via your GP or without prescription on line for around £60 for a month's supply.

With two M's, the word is "Slimming", and refers to becoming less obese.
With only one M, the word becomes "Sliming", and refers to getting more slimy.
Most Yankees don't know what a "stone" is.

Xenical doesnt work at all, dont bother with that, you really just need to exercise, pills dont work in the long term

I've found reductil very good but am usure if you can get it without prescription.
