Get yourself a Russian girlfriend like mine (but not mine). Here's a site with real Russian women who are looking for men (it's a completely legit site, don't worry): http://www.elenasmodels.com/

Depending on in what city you live, you can find Russian speaking clubs in the yellow pages and/or through the local universities in your area.
Professors are glad to have conversations with their students or other interested parties.
You may even want to start your own Russian conversation club and discuss Pushkin, Tolstoy, or current authors in Russian.

find a Russian and talk to him/her. there are plenty of them in universities. Never heard of a talk bot, Russian grammar would be a pain to code up.
