Millions (if not billions) of people would love to come to the USA to live. Millions totally ignore our laws and come here hoping for amnesty. What about the millions who are following the laws, paying the fees, and awaiting their turn to come here legally?
Would amnesty be a slap in their face?

Not only is it a slap in the face to them, it is a slap in the face to law-abiding American Citizens! Why should a select group of people be allowed to INVADE our country (and 12-20 million or more illegal aliens is without a doubt an invasion) without punishment and why should they be granted amnesty of any kind? When American Citizens have to pay traffic tickets and are punished to the fullest extent of the law for even the most minor of infractions, why shouldn't we get upset about illegal aliens demanding and getting preferential treatment? Our government is committing treason against its own citizens.
Won't you please join Citizens Protecting Your Rights, Citizens Against Amnesty, Citizens for Law Enforcement, Veterans for Law Enforcement, Senior Citizens Against Benefits for Illegal Aliens, Citizens for Jobs for American Citizens and Legal Immigrants First, Women Demanding Justice, Hire Americans First Organization, and a growing number of individuals who are sick and tired of our government's abuse of its citizens? We are asking every person to send at least four pink slips to their elected officials. We are sending pink postcards that say: For your failure to uphold your oath of office, For your failure to uphold the Constitution of the United States and the Laws of the Land. For your failure to require enforcement of our immigration laws. For your failure to protect our borders from all enemies, foreign and domestic....YOU'RE FIRED! We demand that your paycheck be used to pay down our national debt. We hope that each one of you will get four others to do likewise.

There is a good sign of FREEDOM, in the United States.
We have to be watchdogs of the three following pundits to
keep the free world in productivity. One is that the computer

Yes, and it sucks, but there's no other practical solution.
The reason we have the problem is that the government did not address the need for increased immigration years ago. If we have millions of illegal aliens working, with a <5% unemployment rate, then we had millions of slots for immigrants that we did not fill by increasing legal quotas. This should have been done 10, 20 years ago.
It should be increasingly clear that government is becoming quite inept at the jobs it should consider its duty.

Of course it's a slap in the face, but blame the government for not addressing the immigration system.
Problem with our present immigration system, it's so backed up that it takes 8 to 12 years to get a legal visa holder admitted, unless you marry a US citizen which takes 6 months to a year.
There is no legal visas available for general labour, so the system needs to be overhauled to streamline the whole process and to allow for general labour types to move here legally.
AT present only visas for highly skilled worker exist, but that is taking 2 years to process too.
It's a real mess!

It is not fair.
Michael C., amnesty is something pushed by Bush and last done by Reagan.
Seems as though conservatives like cheap labor.
Quit playing the blame game, everyone is culpable.

Not at all. Real, legal immigrants are incensed at the idea of amnesty after working and making the effort to be part of this country.

I guess the message being sent it's better to sneak in demand it instead of waiting on it and if you wait it out for few years you get amnesty

For every one that they let come in with Amnesty they should rush through 10 others that are waiting to get in...

You bet! However, Congress knows we don't like "Amnesty" so they just change the name - "Guest Worker Program." Same thing, different title.
Illegal alien criminals are killing CA.
