why are blondes considered stupid? i don't get iit, it's just their hair colour, i actually know some blondes that are quite intelligent. s any answers, opinions, coments?

I think it is because blonds are so desirable and attractive, and they seem to have more fun, that people take something else away for fairness.

It is because many of the same females dye their hair blonde (or revel in its natural blondeness) who also wear padded bras &/ or get implants and choose willfully not to use or at least not to SHOW too much intelligence or intellectualism. The stereotype evolved from that. It was and is a certain kind of woman who is interested in attracting a particular kind of man. Nevertheless, there are plenty of jokes that state such things as the notion that a line of ten blondes standing side-by-side is also a wind tunnel.

No, hair color has absolutly no affect on how intelligent you are. Some blondes may act stupid for attention. But alot of blondes dont and find the phrase "dunm blondes" offensive because they are actually quite smart. + Alot of celebs dye their hair blonde and already act stupid which is a bad reflection upon blonde haired people.

Human nature is the culprit. People make some particular person or community a focus of all fools and that is not based on any concrete reasoning, but may be based on some old foolish encounter with some person from that community which is now pasted as 'fool' on the face of that community. All jokes and all stupidous things will now be created on that community's name!
The same happens with sardars in India. Hopeless situation!

Marilyn Monroe and Audrey Hepburn were movie stars at the same time. Marilyn, a blonde, played characters that were silly and "helpless." Audrey, a brunette, played characters that were intelligent and independent. That's where the stereotype began.

It is just a joke.
Before blondes they used certain nationalities as joke material--usually the polish. They also used certain types of people--remember all the "your momma is so fat" jokes?
The blonde jokes are winding down, the wannabe comedians will be focusing on another group soon.

as a result; this makes them more Favourite, when they realize ,when they figure that out, they act like they are not available so easy,push it harder manner:)!. So they lose control.

It is just a stereotype... people just say that... not all blonds are stupid. I know several people without blonde hair that are very stupid.

It's just that you may see some blondes that a off the map and you remember them. one time later you see another blonde...same scenario...you remember what you encountered before.
You will, most of the time, remember the worst in people rather than the best.
It's our nature, for the most part.
