NO!...the point of the commercial you are referring to, is that no matter what the substance is.....it is ridiculous to get high just because your friends are saying it is the new cool thing to do. They used the leeches to emphasize how lame it is to use drugs.

I am guessing you saw the advertisement on TV. Thankfully, it is false. I gather the people who did the ad tried to show how stupid it is to follow certain fads, especially those that can be dentrimental to one's health and safety.
