So who's idea was it to sell American consumers unlabeled, cloned meat?

Was it the same group of geniuses who thought feeding dead cows to live cows was a good idea? My thought: let those who support this idea feed their families on cloned meat for ten years or so and see how they feel before declaring it safe.

m1a1: which people? What scientific studies have been done? Was it a taste test? Whatever happened to Dolly? Forgive me, but with all the lies and cover-ups perpetrated by this administration, my level of trust is in the negative zone.

Since the FDA declared it safe, it must not be inherently dangerous. Can you cite examples of the dangers of cloned meat?
And also, why on Earth did you post this under the military section?, unless of course, the people who had this idea are terrorist, and must be defeated, in which case, suicide seems like a perfectly viable option.

Think about it - can you provide us with any measurable quality difference between this meat and ordinary meat?

I don't know but I am sure glad my wife and I started buying locally raised beef, pork and poultry. We go to the local farmers market (the meat and egg producers even come every other week in the winter) and purchase grass fed meat.

They are considering the idea of labeling it and it will be none that you are purchasing cloned beef. Myself - won't touch it.
