You may have appendicitis IF:

You have pain in your belly. The pain begins around your belly button but is felt all over your belly.
Within several hours, the pain gets stronger and then moves below your belly button on your right side (the lower right quadrant). The pain does not go away and gets worse when you move, walk, or cough.
You have pain in the upper right quadrant.
You feel nauseous or throw up a few times. You also may not feel like eating.
You have constipation, back pain, a slight fever, or a swollen abdomen.
You feel tired and do not have a lot of energy.

Response to your added details: The pressure may just be Gas.

The lower right side of your abdomen is where your appendix is, so if it hurts or if you have been/gotten sick alot lately it could be possible that you have appendicitus. Go see your doctor and they'll probably do a blood test or ultra sound to find out.

Might be appendix...my roommate just had the same feeling and it turned out to be pre-cancerous cells in her uterus. Don't ignore this...either get to your gyno or ER as soon as possible.
