Maybe you could make a deal that you'll do something he enjoys for 20 minutes if he'll give you some space for awhile after that.
But really he's probably just bored and lonely. If you found him a friend his own age, then maybe he'd go visit the other kid sometimes and wouldn't even be home. And when he's home, the other kid will entertain him, so you won't have to be his favorite plaything all the time. Good luck.

He doesn't stop because he knows that you're annoyed and won't hurt him. The next he annoys you, you give the angriest, the most evil face you can give and stares at him. Give him the look "Leave me alone or you're dead" face. Ignore, don't talk. Should works. If doesn't, go to your room, and yell out as loud as you can " GET OUT!!!!". Or turn on some loud music so he can't annoy you

how old are you? sit him down and calmly explain to him that you like your privacy and would appreciate it if he would respect that. also if he just wants to hang out with you, dont count that out. let him know that you would be happy to set aside a certain time every week so that you can spend time together.
