There could be, but traditionally, there is only one. That person also serves as godparent to your first child.

Traditionally there's one, but whatever floats your boat..
There is a country called Cyprus(an island right below Turkey) that has similar culture/language/religion with Greece, but over there it's very common to have even over 20 best men!
