just do what everybody over here is saying...sorry I did ever researched on this topic coz my butt is already in good shape and soooooo i am not bothered.....

yes, as the above person said squat and lunges. Don't think about that " ohhh im gonna get muscular like guys" cuz guys have about 10 times (i dont know what the exact amount is) more Testosterone than girls and that means it will be really hard for you to gain muscle. so work out and you will get a nice butt

Quick and easy, when you walk or run squeeze your butt cheeks in. Thats what I do and it really works. Another one I am trying out is while you are sitting (an easy one to do at the office) flex your butt cheeks in and out.

I get comments on how firm and shaply my butt is by all my friends.

EAT EAT EAT!!!! This is how you get a butt, and then you can do lunges, and squats correctly of course. Using an excercise ball also helps so much.

go up and down the stairs a few times. do this three times a week and your butt, thighs, and legs will be in shape in no time.

its favourite..it happens. yet these days they have swim fits with a greater effectual lining down which kinda hides greater effectual. attempt speedo and addidas from solar and sand or the different activities shop. u'll word the style.
