Where can one find window stickers of miltary ribbons/medals?

I passed a guy on the freeway today who had his military ribbons displayed on his rear window. Looked very impressive.

If you are retired or know anyone that can get on a base and use it's facilities, they sell all kinds of stickers like that in the clothing sales store.
