DVD Shrink is the undisputed world champion .... follow this link & download it.
It is 100 % free :
http://www.mrbass.org/dvdshrink/
FYI : you need a burning engine (like Nero) installed on your PC for it to work.
http://www.nero.com/nero7/enu/nero7-demo.php
*** even after the Nero demo expires DVDShrink will still be able to use its engine for burning ... if you are tricky enough you can even remove Nero & keep only the engine files.

Go to Google and search a program called DVDShrink. Find a free download of it. Download it onto a computer that burns DVDs, not just CDs. Follow the instructions for use. It takes about 45 minutes to encrypt and burn each movie!

use DVD X Copy, it copies DVD as a backup (you need to be the owner of the original DVD otherwise it's illegal). The copied DVD will have a 3 second of screen saying that it is a backup, then the it will have the contents of whatever the original DVD has.

You can't go right from DvD to DvD you have to copy it onto your computer first then reburn it. However, it's illigal, and a waiste of time. It can take around 3 hours for the whole process.
