They call you. Unless they tell you to call them and you agreed to it.

I dont believe theres proper way to do this. However, I'd assume that if there staying at your place. Then you both would stay in touch as to what time blah blah blah. However, if there just coming to town. NOT specifically to see you, it does'nt matter. Its only appropiate that they call you before they come to visit you!

I'd establish it beforehand. I'd take the initiative and call them. Leave a message with your number and when is best to contact you if they don't answer. What if they think you are too busy for them?

You are suppose to call them since they traveled a long way to where your at.

i feel that they should call you....give them time to unwind, etc...they should call when they are ready
