Air Jamaica has a non-stop flight from Heathrow to Montego Bay. It is approximately 10 1/2 hours. I don't show any direct flights from Gatwick

It depends on all your connections. You could a very round-about route that takes up to 24 hours! But according to AirJamaica and Expedia, a direct flight to is 10hours 25 minutes and back is 8hrs 50 minutes. The difference is because of wind patterns. It is 4,703 miles.
