New Year's Eve is sexier, I suppose, because they say that whoever you are with at midnight is who you will be with for the next year. Valentine's day seems to bring a lot of pressure to bring the relationship up to the next level or get just the perfect gift...
Besides, there is alcohol involved!

no.. valentines day should be more sexier! your girl wants a really romantice dinner with flowers and candy and reds and pinks, all the good stuff most girls want! new years we just wanna get drunk and have a kiss when its exactly 12! valentines is so like much sexier!

i think Valentines day is sexier than new year's eve because you get to see the softer and romantic sides of guys which they rarely show.

I have never really thought of New Year's Eve as "sexy" before.
To me, there is always a real melancholy feel to New Years Eve.
