Im 14 years old, dont need to loose much. maybe 20 pounds.(im 5'5'' and 148) should i do the challenge?

Im around a size 5, want to get down to my original 2 or 3. any tips for that will also be great.

Yes. But it's really hard. The best for u is to do a lot of running and start lifting a little weights.

There's nothing special about the challenge. It simply ensures that you cut down on calories per day while still maintaining vitamin intake.

Seeing as you are 14 years old, consult with a parent or doctor before going on any diet plan. At your age, you still need vitamins to grow strong and healthy.

2 years ago, i ate special k everyday in the morning(not that i needed to lost weight). i kinda get sick after a while so i stopped eating special k. if you want to lose weight, just cut down your daily calorie intake. You should set goals E.g. like by first 2 weeks
your goal is to lose 5 pounds, then the next 2 weeks you try lose 5 pounds again and so on.

I tried it and sorry to dissappoint you, it doesn't work. My docotr even said that it wouldn't work. I did try part of it though and it sorta worked. Instead of grabbing a cookie or candy bar for a snack I had a bowl of Special K.
