If you mean that your girlfriend is a dependant from another service member the answer is no - they get BAH for thier family members. If you mean can you try to claim here as a dependant and get BAH - the answer is again no. Short of marriage, adoption, or legal custody because of incapacity, you cannot receive BAH for girlfriends (what we call class B dependants).

your girlfriend isnt a dependent unless you are married or she lives with you because you have to take care of her, as in she is ill....you are considered a bachelor so you get bachelors quarters, no BAH, unless you have a child
