Hiya!
Ive just turned 21 this November and finally got together with this gorge 42 yr old guy at work at my bday party. I spose all i can really say to u is to be confident in urself, mainly because an older man himself is (usually) very comfortable in his own skin so will prefer a mature personality - and if that cums in a young pretty package then all the better lol. I dunno how old u r but in any case i would just say to honestly be comfortable with who u r but make sure ur personality cums thru also. Because i was so relaxed with this guy (we both just instantly hit it off) im sure i seemed more attractive to him because i laughed and gave eye contact etc but in a completely natural way. U dont say whether ur after ne1 in particular or just want to meet a nice older man at a social event or summat but just hold ur head high - immature young men will probs find this too intimidating but a more mature man will definetely appreciate u for who u r.

First question is, how old are you and how old is the guy? Some girls are too young to really be able to pull off the mature flirt. As a guy I can tell you what works well and what does not. But it is hard without a lot of details. What do you do now when you flirt?

Oh ok to my honesty i think that flirting is played out thats for younger people but if u would like to win a women to yourself is to be honest and forward about any and everything..........and remember u hate flirting so since u hate it then just let natural common sense play a major role to that special someone......if she has beautiful eyes then tell her, if she's wearing something stunning tell her say things like that to get two thumbs up exactly!!!!!!! P.S. try not to be so much of a sexual person just be the person u was born to be and remember honesty counts!!!!!

Introduce yourself politely and talk about something that you noticed about him. (And not that he doesnt wear a wedding ring) Or if the only thing that you notice about him is that he's cute, just start a light conversation (about what he does, what he likes). (at a bar ask whats a good drink) Just dont make it look like your trying to hard. After that ask him out for drinks if you are old enough to do so. Then go from there. Good luck!

well don't start you start the flirting bcuz dat just shows how you just jumpin da gun!...u gota make an incident that brings out a conversation or something den you have to not force the "relation" you just take it EASY and act like yourself...if he doesn't like it den [he aint RiTE] but if he sticks around[[keep it up]]!

Just be yourself, smile and joke around a lot (but not in a childish way), laugh, exude your own natural sexiness, gently touch his arm, prolonged eye contact etc.
