your cat sounds like its going through a cold(it probably picked it up from another cat). it is best to get the cat to a vet asap, but untill then keep the cat inside and rub a little vicks on a towel and place the towel on a fan and turn it on, the fan blows the menthol around the room(make sure the room is a closed off room, a bedroom works fine, but a bathroom works better), the menthol will clear up the cats nose, but you have precede with caution when it comes to this method for it may have adverse effects. but basically all you need to do is leave the cat in a nice, quiet, warm place and let it get some rest.

TAKE HER TO THE VET!!!!! She probably has an upper respiratory infection and needs antibiotics, do not wait to get her treatment or she can die. Since she is outside, she is also infecting other cats. If you can't afford to get her treated, which by the way, you can get her treated and make payment arrangements, then you should at least keep her indoors and keep her warm. Do not give any human medications, it could kill her.
The sooner you take her to the vet, the less it will cost, if you'd have taken her when you first noticed this, it would have been an easier fix but now it is going to involve medications, possibly injections, possibly her staying at the hospital- it is your responsibility to take her to the vet and get her properly treated, that's part of responsible pet ownership. Another part is having your animal vaccinated against such disease like that of which she is showing signs of now.
Your only other option is to take her to the pound where they will put her to sleep. If this happens, please don't get another animal until you can afford one, this includes medical expenses. But for now: TAKE HER TO THE VET, TAKE HER TO THE VET, TAKE HER TO THE VET.

It sounds like your cat is pretty sick. She probably has an upper respiratory infection. I would get her a vet appointment as soon as you can. In the meantime, when you take a shower put your cat in the room with you. I heard that the steam is supposed to make them feel a little better.

Take her to the Vet asap. If a cat cannot smell its food it will not eat, even to the point of starving to death.

SEE A VET!!
she is probably sick...maybe she has the flu or bronchitis or just a cold...see a vet ASAP...it could be serious...deathly....until you see a vet, wrap her up in a warm blanket and give her plenty of food(wet or dry) and give her lots of attention and love and care.
