Could someone please tell me what the Beer Store does with the plastic?

rings that hold the cans together? They say that they recycle them but the people who work there act shifty when I take them in. I believe that they are
throwing them in the garbage. If this is the case, then I will cut them up and
dispose of them myself. Wildlife can become tangled in these rings if they
are left uncut. thanks.

Not all plastic can be recycled,but it is being worked on.
Not all stores do much in the way of recycling other than bailing cardboard boxes for recycling,the rest of the trash goes into the dumpster to be hauled off to a landfill or recycling center.

doubt they recycle them, you may want to check if there is a local recyling center that will accept them, if there is save them up and take them in every few months
