Sure do!! It helped me, to lose oh about 60 lbs., and I never had so much energy, in my life.... Baked honey chicken, and or Salmon Broiled... for your meats, tuna, for lunches, with 1 Tblspn. of mayo, (only).... Baked potatoe, with your favorite salsa, get you some of your favorite squashes, from the produce, section, (because your going to cut alot of them so you wont have to steam them , the next day, and with this diet , you'll need alot of vegeez).. I myself love, love , love all the squashes, like zuccini, butternut, acorn, banana, and the like, you can add fresh califlower, and broccolli, as well... To the pot you'll be steaming a great deal of FRESH vegeez in....... Get you a bag of potatoes, and your favorite salsa, some really good, whole honey wheat bread, and bananas, and some really good honey brand muffins...... So, before, you have your capacino, or tea, or coffee, or anything but water, in the mornings, eat a banana, and a muffin, give it about oh, 20-1/2 hour, before you go having coffee, or any caffeine..... Okay...... the night before you start, cut up all of your FRESH vegeez, and steam them, in which you would only need very little water, in your pot, and get it to boil, then add all of your FRESH vegeez, and turn down the heat to in between low and medium, and keep the lid a little slanted on top in order for it not to boil over, or anything like that..... So, for lunch pop you some skinless boneless, thighs or your favorite peice of chicken, in a baking pan, with some honey on it, put a little garlic powder, not salt, on the chicken, some water in the baking pan, to steam it, and make it more moist, and or two or three peices or more , so you can reheat them for dinner, throw in a couple of baked potatoes, and when thats done, heat up some of your steamed vegeez from the night before, and have a peice of baked potatoe, w/ salsa on it, (NO BUTTER), in this diet at all !!!! A half a peice of whole wheat honey bread, with no butter, and lots of water, and some jello, or well I never had anything else with it, Just the chicken vegeez, (alot of), and the half a slice of bread, and the baked potatoe with salsa on it, and that really filled me up enough , until dinner, in which I would have salmon, just baked, with a tad of Extra Virgin Olive Oil EVOO, as (Rachael Ray would say, from the cooking channel).. and a tad of water in the baking pan with that, you could add your favorite spices, to the Salmon if you want to, so long as its not butter!!! And with that you do the same thing, have vegeez, the potatoe, and the half a slice of bread, and the salsa w/ your potatoe, and it is the yummiest diet, I had ever had the "Pleasure" of eating!! Oh, by the way,, the reason for not having your coffee, or tea before your banana and muffin digested, is because the banana will give you so much energy, before you have anything else with it, and in fact so will the vegeez, and before you know it, with this diet your going to want to do laps, or get really physical, once your body gets used to eating like this, and you wont miss all of those fattening foods at all !!!! And you can eat as many vegeez as you want and fruit, like apples , cantelope, anything in between!!! Good-Luck, have fun!! And Happy Eating, to you!!!! Smile!!!
