Sort of yes. But the stone is not necessarly black. We see it as a symbol of the devil, and throwing stones is metaphorical, since we see that the devil doesn't like good deeds & Hajj is a big good deed.

i think all of them think of they are with out sin. humorous how generally they raise the verse approximately 'killing one is like killing all' or despite yet then Muslims are like on some crazed murderous version of Mardi Gras yet 24/7 all 365 days long, 365 days after 365 days. it is like a perpetual massacre with those human beings and then they have the nerve back on line and be all "Oh, Islam ability peace". yea, in school when i learned about a muslim country i do vaguely remember hearing about them doing that. if not they do something very similar. but basically from what i watched on globe trekkers they threw something at something that represented something that was against their religion.
