How can god send some one to hell for being gay? I mean I have some friends that are just GAY!!! and they have always been. How can God not love them for being this way. Most people are gay from the time that they are old enough to know what liking some one feels like. Besides... how can I trust what the bible says. It was written by MAN!! and MAN cannot be TRUSTED! Besides King James threw out A LOT of the books that he didn't think should be put in. So I just want to know I guess how can people say that a gay person is going to hell. and How can God send them there for being something they cannot help?

Okay... how can anyone say that being gay is the wrong thing to do. It's not up to u. and GOD says U SHALL NOT JUDGE... so how can a human tell a human that they are doomed to hell for being gay. NO SIN IS GREATER THAN THE OTHER! So u judging a gay person is just as bad as them being gay! Duh... okay. and I never said ne one was BORN GAY... I said... From the time they start liking people they realize they like the same sex. Ne ways... I would like non-discrimnating answers... I'm not judging ne ones religion... I'm just asking a question.

First of all, being gay does not send you straight to Hell. Don't get me wrong homosexuality is a sin. It goes directly against God's design of a man and a woman. With that said, we all, including Christians, struggle with specific sins. I suppose it is possible to be a Christian and be gay, but you are CHOOSING to live a lifestyle that directly goes against God. That doesn't make for a very dedicated Christian. God doesn't just sit up in heaven ready to send people to Hell. He's given you plenty of opportunity to choose him, instead many people choose to follow a path that leads to Hell. But simply struggling with a sin will not keep you from Heaven. It's only through the grace of Jesus Christ that any of us can make it there. But as a follower of Christ...you should probably follow what He says.

Because God is the Creator and you are the created.
God is the Potter and you are the clay.
The Potter can form the clay into any shape He wants. If God said He didn't make you gay, then abstain from sex if that is the only sex you want. God tells the straight guy he can't watch porno, fornicate or commit adultery, so why can't you abstain from sex? Your gayness may be an ancestral curse and you should break it. Most gays come from another gay messing with them.

I am a christian. i dont really know what god thinks about homosexuals, but i kno he said homosexuality is a sin. humans have lots of sins, none of us are sin free, so based upon everything ive ever learned about god and the bible i dont believe u will be sent hell just based on the fact that ur gay

Of course God can judge. He already said it was wrong to do in His word. The bible wasn't written by a MAN, it was written by GOD thru man. We are told to be obedient to Him. He also gives us free will to choose what we want, but with all choices, good or bad there is a consequence. So make a wise choice and do what is good.

Its in his job description. As God he is the supreme Judge and he is the Lawgiver.
Thou shalt not commit adultery translate into no sex with someone who is NOT your lawful spouse.
This rules out sex before marriage as well as sex outside of marrage in all of its forms including homosexuality. So if you had sex with your boyfriend, you are an adulterer. If you had sex with your sister, your father, your girl pal, or a donkey. You are an adulterer.
God only recognizes sex within marriage with your lawful spouse. And right now, that's still a member of the opposite sex.

You're absolutely right--Christ was all about loving and not judging everybody--he never said judge not lest ye be judged,unless they're gay then judge them all you want---we as humans have no true way of knowing what God thinks about the subject, just what a bunch of caveman wrote on the subject a thousand years before the invention of indoor plumbing

You are apparently not a parent. A parent loves his/her child, but because of that love will have consequences for dangerous acts. Nothing is more dangerous than something that can kill the soul. just for the record your not born gay. you develope your sense of attraction and your environment while growing up affects it greatly. its more psychological then it is genetic.
anyhow, in my opinion god will judge people by their HEART not by their lable..
analogy: in the grocery store, do you just pick up a carton of eggs without inspecting it? or do you pick up a package of meat without inspecting it? base the contents of it solely on the label? ...
