See a doctor!;

for months? are you making this up? why haven't you seen a doctor? this could also be a thyroid problem called Hidradinitis Suppurativa.

I did a little googling on this as well:

Causes of boils groin
Many things can cause boils in the groin area. They include:
-Ingrown hair.

-Result of a splinter or other foreign material that gets lodged in the skin.

-Plugged sweat glands that become infected.

-Any break in the skin, even a small cut or scrape, can develop into an abscess, which can become infected with bacteria.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse and you have a problem. You should get a blood test but with this type of thing it usually means that you have poison running round your blood stream, your immune system is very weak so you can take Garlic capsule (odourless) and echinacea capsules this will help build it up. Drink plenty of water 2 to 3 litres a day to help flush it out and green tea is great for this, So are 'foot pads' they take the toxins out of the system over night. These can all be got from the health shop. A blood test will reveal any other problem that is causing this.

Bloody hell, mate, I was just sitting down to a plate of pasta and cheese there, and you've put me RIGHT off!

But to address your problem - go and see your GP. The odd boil is not a problem, but a number of them oozing for months most definitely is.

You have a skin infection and you need either anitbiotics or antifungals.

Right. Back to the pasta.

Very easy question. First get a Q-tip. Swab a good dose of that oozing manifestation up onto the swab. Enclose it into a snack size Ziplock Brand bag. Procede to your nearest Shopping Mall and Enter the Discovery Channel store. Once inside, when no one is looking slip that swab under one of there microscopes. Look into the microscope. Now that you know that the creature you now see is actually living inside of you along with millions of other ravenous critters like it procede to the nearest bridge or the upper level of the Mall if its over 60 feet and jump immediately.

You should see the Doctor. This is a sign of Sexually Transmitted Disease. It can either be cured or you could die. Don't have any sexual contact with people until you see your doctor. I advise that you go as soon as possible to the hospital.
