the small size of the chihuahua will be predominant in the mix..you will get a smaller version of a pit bull.

Don't ever encourage mixed breed breeding. Have those dogs fixed.
Have you seen the statistics for mistreatment/abuse/neglect and euthanasia for dogs? The numbers are overwhelming. You never can tell what kind of home they will end up in..or if they will be cared for properly.
Even purebred dogs can end up badly, The number doubles for mixed breeds.

You never know with a mixed breed. It could, or it could not. That's a rather strange combo though. I know it's possible, but it would have been pretty difficult for a male chihuahua to mate a female pit. It it were the other way around, I wouldn't think the b itch could have the pups.

I have to say, I have never heard of that mix. I hope the female isn't the chihuahua b/c I don't know if she can give birth to the mix.

I'm not sure you can mate a chihuahua with a pit bull, and all I can imagine getting is a pit bull with an inferiority complex - not good.

I love the question. I have a chihuahua and I would really like to breed him to my Collie, but I am not certain how I am going to make this happen. Hope you get a good answer, I will be watching.
