What do you need a licence for. I did not realise you had to have one to ask a girl out for a coffee. If you want a chick, then go to a farm and have a word with Mother Hen. If a girl, take her for coffee, show respect and honesty and take it from there

Now what license are you talking about? You certainly don’t need any license to speak to her or to take her out. I suggest you ask her to teach you English this way you two become friends and hopefully your English will improve.

Talk to her anyway. Find out if she lives close enough to you or if there a place you can meet where a car isn't a necessity. You'll never know if you don't try.

a driving liscence? well if she reallly likes you for who u are that wont matter...but just be really sweet when you ask her...dont ask her on email or anywhere where it isnt face to face. and do it alone cause she will hurt your feelings by saying no infront of everyone...GOOD LUCK
