Yes, it was in vogue a number of years ago. In my opinion it is a scam and nonsense.

Yes, I heard about it. Some of my friends did it and they liked it. On the other side, when I checked the web it seems that there are some scientific objections if this really works. But I am sure it is not harmful, all the foods suggested seem healthy and balanced.

I have and I have tried it but it hard to sick to.

I have had great results with an all natural product called Isagenix. This is a better food plan than trying to stick to the one for my bloodtype.

hey...i did hear abt it b4..i cant really recall wer...but neways
...as far as i can remember.it sed somthing like ppl with blood groups "O" diets depend or are suitable on non-veg meals...n ppl with blood group "A" depend or are suitable on veg meals....

im not really sure but dats wat i remember...
