I hope i can seriously get some great advice from here, although.. This site is getting so creepy to this point.

When I'm in a really bad mood, I make myself some flavored teas, I like the White Peach/Mango Lipton herbals, and the Mandarin Orange, and the Berry herbal. It calms me down and relaxes me. (Caffiene free by the way) turn on some music, and think about the things in life that make me happy, and make me feel that my life isn't so bad after all. That there is somone out there in this world that is having a far more worse day than I am. And deciding what I'll make for my husband and my son for dinner tonight. Wondering if mom is okay without us there to help her. Wondering if my brothers are taking care of her while I'm not there. Smiling because I know somebody loves me. Just the little simple things will make you feel better.

It may sound cheesy, but reading a book can help. It works for alot of people. Just like watching a movie, if you immerse yourself in another world or a good story it can get your mind off something negative for a shirt period of time.

Try doing some time-consuming housework or get some overtime at work. I like to take my dog for a walk, cook or play videogames. Anything that keeps your mind off what's bothering you can help.

Do something that makes you feel good.

Examples:
eat chocolate!
exercise!
sleep!
write in a journal
get a massage
take a long hot shower or bath
think about what you like about yourself, your accomplishments, etc.
think about what you are grateful for
enjoy the fact that you're here
watch a good tv show
laugh
etc.
Whatever makes you happy :)

Good question.
I am feeling the same way today. Since I am at work, I am having a harder time shaking the bad mood.

I actually learned this from the ladies...shop. It's very therapeutic. And if that doesn't help...train. Hit the heavy bag, workout, meditate. And if that doesn't help...take it out on someone who deserves it. Like a bad drunk at your club. My nephew ALWAYS works for me. Seeing him laugh and smile, clears everything away.

And if non of those helps, seek therapy. There's probably a deeper issue involved.

Go to a movie (funny movie) and escape for a while. Do things that made you feel good. If all else fails, go to the Dr and get put on meds.

Myself I listen to song tunes that help pick up my spirits. And although it may sound strange I also think about people who are not as lucky as me in their lot of life and kind of laugh to myself that things aren't as bad as I make them out to be.

Personally for me, I play my video games...I am a fanatic because I avoid my personal problem too much...

You should do your favorite activites...if you love watching movie, then do it to boost your mood up.

If there is a problem in your life that is dragging you down, solve it head on or it will continue drags you down...

If you can't solve it, someone people drink too much...I play too much...somone people pray to GOD for help...
