It means he wants to be with someone who has a grip on them self and control of their emotions and things in their life,but also isn't introverted and can let loose and have fun and enjoy the world that they live in for all it has to offer.

If you need help answering this question, you are not for him sweetheart. A laid back person would never ask this question and someone who loves to have a good time wouldn't care about this "statement". But, if you want to know, he wants someone who he is low key, not a Crackberry toting, triple latte chugging, high maintenance, pomeranian carrying around pyschopath. Oh and did I mention that if he shows up at her house at 6AM and says "Hey, lets go white water rafting!!" she would put her hair in a scrunchie, grab a beer and go for it!

As I tell everyone: Ask HIM, communcation is the key to understanding. However, my suggestion is that perhaps he wants someone who isn't uptight and highly stressed. Or High Matience. Yet, that can laugh at stressful situations, laugh at themselves, all in all have a good sense of humor and doesn't take themselves or life to serious.
