What is your definition of a hot girl? I almost always thought looks played a key role there.
But personality will win over looks most all the time.
You can go with the hottest girl on the planet and if her personality sucks so will your date.
Truly the very best is both. But on an or bases.......well hot is only skin deep. And once you've seen it what is left.

Looks is always a factor when dating, but beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Most of the time it is looks and mostly personality. You can be the most beautiful women or man and be the biggest self absorbed person. To me that makes you a ugly person. So I would say I go for the personality with a little bit of looks.

i think that looks matter when u first meet the person cuz it is for me the thing that attracts me the most . On the other side personality also matters...i would not go out with a jekr tha does not respect me or does not treat other the right way.
If i have to choose between a great personality and great looks i will study both person and choose.
DO NOT GO OUT WITH SOMOENE JUST CUZ OF THEIR LOOK U WILL REGRET IT..

Looks at first, in any serious relationship for me, I want my guy to turn me on. Personality I think is what would keep us together for a longer time. I would want a guy who can make me feel safe and someone I can laugh with.
So both are equally important.

Personality. Doesn't hurt if the guy is good looking too. When I was younger before my husband, I dated this really, really good looking guy but he had no personality and was not very smart. Smarts count for me. A little later, I met my husband who was not only attractive to me but was very smart and the nicest guy you could meet.

40% looks, 60% personality. Thats what everyone should think, but most people just go for hot guys/girls, thats not right i would most likely go with the personality as everyone else should too.

However, if the contents of the book - ie, the story - is bland. You're gonna put it back on that shelf !
