Here's a list of stress-relievers for me: (1) Listening to very loud very obnoxious heavy metal music, (2) Going into the basement and beating the $h!t out of the punching bag I have mounted down there, (3) Playing X-Box -- usually a driving game like "Burnout" or a first-person shooter like "Max Payne," (4) Taking my wife into the bedroom and the phone off the hook.

My favorite way is meditation. I visualize and see it as exhaling a dark cloud of stress and inhaling golden tranquility.

working out. There's nothing better than doing something that makes you sweat, beceause, believe me, you feel exhausted but yet somehow 100x lighter and better than you did.
