Okay so this girl who i absolutely love is going out with another guy. I'm going to tell her how i feel about her but if u could make any changes that u think would sound better that would be great. Thank You in advance.
Okay (insert name) what I'm about to tell you is probably going to ruin our friendship and (insert name)'s friendship, but you mean alot me. I understand you are in a relationship and I'm happy for you, and all i want for you is to be happy no matter who you're with, but i just had to tell you how i have always felt about you and i hope we can still remain friends.
Okay so my question is should i make any changes?

By saying "is probably going to ruin our friendship means that you've already given up there. You don't want to give that impression; especially to a woman, they like alpha males.

problem is you're in the 'friend zone', it's near impossible for a guy to get out once in. your choices now are:
1. completely weird things out between the 2 of you by telling her that and pray she still speaks to you
2. leave it and remain her friend even though this will be stupidly hard on yourself
3. tell her you can no longer be friends because it messes too much with your head and not speak to her again
Somebody wrote the 'ladder theory' which should help. Don't take the ladder theory literally as some bits can be deemed offensive especially to girls but pick out bits and pieces and it should help explain the situation you are in.

i would take out the part about it is probably going to ruin our friendship (sounds very unmanly)
just say
i dont want to ruin your relationship with x
but I could not let another day go by without letting you know how I feel about you. I will do nothing to come between you and x but I did want you to know that
If things dont work about between you and x
you can always count on me to be here for you.

Ok if you have already made up your mind your going to tell her your feelings, I'm probaly not going to change your mind because I've been there. But I told a guy I had feelings for him while he had a girlfriend, he lied said it was a bad relationship, eventually they broke up, came to me, went back to her. Now were not even friends and even though he lied, I still hate that were not friends.I'd say wait it out and be her friend and if they break up, tell her then. Trust me this never ends well if you tell her now how you feel.

chicken,,,,,,,,,,,you havent actually said anything have you,,that all sounds fine and dandy but more than likely she will look at you with puzzlement on her face and ask,'what are you saying' and you will have to repeat it all. if in doubt keep it simple,,,,,,'you know i love you dont you,,' she says,,' of course,i love you too' you then go for it or bottle out,,,,,,,,,,she is your friend,she might laugh a tad because she thinks she knows what is coming and it is a little uncomfortable but all you have to add is ,,'im glad you think it is funny because im about to make an **** of myself and tell you i think i love you',,she will get it. you are friends for a reason and you can do the whole 'im not saying i dont like your boyfriend' thing later.

Keep it the same. Every girl wants you to step up to them. Dont mind if you feel akward. This girl will understand. So dont be afraid because woman love to have men tell them how they feel. You never know she might like you even more.

Why are you saying you want her to be happy but you are quite happy to ruin her relationship? To me that is not what friends do. If i were her i would hate you for the rest of my life.

you never really explained what it is you feel about her.
add it in there.

now tell her how you feel. tell her how her eyes make you drool or whatever.

im rlly sorry but that seems tacky. way too grown up. sounds gay 2 want 2 sound kiddish but i dont like when guys talk smart with me. wehn guys tell me they care about me they just say: i love you so much. << tht proves wahteva i wanted 2 know. but dont say that just say - - -

unless she's unhappy with the guy she's with, you need to leave her alone. I know I personally wouldn't want some one that was willing to break up the relationship was already in. Leave her alone.
