Since sensor is a name used for anything that can (mainly) sense a physical, chemical, electrical,... change in its surrounding environment but a Radar is a device to detect the position or existence of something. Radars use sensors as part of them to sense the required change. The sensors which are used in radars can be ultrasonics, electromagnetics, LEDs and other sensors that use waves.
