There are plenty of Programs.. Ulead is one.. But then if you would go on to Downloads.com and search for Freeware Photo Editiing software, you will find a lot. But beware of Adware and Spyware..

There are quite a few out there, but I'd recommend Picasso2 from Google. You can always use MS Paint also.

get GIMP search it on www.downlaod.com and also try the 30 day fre trial of photoshp CS2 also on www.download.com
