Bad idea. Your body thinks you are starving it and it will store all calories so you won't lose anything. In fact you will gain weight doing that. You HAVE to eat to lose weight. Try 6 small meals a day rather than 3 big meals a day. That will help. And eat healthy. Cut out all the junk/fast food and sodas.
Since you gain a couple of pounds of water during your period, you lose that once it starts. So you really aren't losing weight during your period. Just some water.

Stick with it Nate! I go crazy when I see someone on the bicycle reading! Yes you need to sweat. This means you are working muscle and elevating the heart rate. Add one minute or two a week until you are up to 30 minutes. Then try increasing the resistance or speed say 10 % If you can work up to an hour, you are seriously converting excess body fat and giving your whole body a great workout. I try to switch machines to exercise different muscles. Another huge benefit to sweating is it helps the body remove toxins. If you are focusing on a healthy diet along with the exercise, you will "detoxify" your body through sweat, respiration, liver, and kidneys. Be sure to drink water before, during, and after your workout. I make my own sports drink with a splash of lemon juice and a pinch of salt in a quart of water. Luck.

no. oh and try not to let out that much information on your question it's okay because i am a girl but still . cardio means heart. so when you cardio exercise you are exercising your heart. if you don't eat anything you will start to loose muscle since your stomach has no fuel to digest. try to eat every meal but don't eat anything after 6:00.make rules for yourself. just don't skip any meals. and no snacks during the day. and to loose weight fast follow rules at top and exercise one mile of walking everyday. let me tell you it helps.

you might gain weight from not eating. I usually get bloated and want to eat more (hormones are higher when you are on your period). Cardio exercise is any exercise that works your heart like jumping rope or running. Hope that helps

cardio exercise mean aerobic exercise strengthen the cardiovascular system.(heart)
yes you will lose weight if you stop eating but very slow method.
if you eat breakfast and lunch that means you are eating something.
