go to www.realplayer.com download realplayer or open the video with windows media player.

RealPlayer is a Media player just like Windows Media Player.
It is made by a different company thats all.
Download it. It is free and most websites that stream video would need it.
However more and more sites are allowing WMP (Windows Media Player) to view videos. So double check if you have the option to view in WMP on the site.
Another player is 'QuickTime', made by the MAC people..

you need the real player. it also needs that device for your computer for other things as well. you need to go to google, type REAL(not with the capitals) and find a site!
