I know beer isn't actually gluten free but does anyone know of any acception???If so where can you get it???

They have developed gluten-free ales and lagers for people who can't digest wheat. A list of such beers is listed here: http://www.glutenfreebeerfestival.com/available/available.html I don't know where exactly one can find these beers, but I assume they would be at liquor stores such as Beverages and More (BevMo) and Wine Castle.

Whole Foods usually has at least one GF beer available.

Anheuser Busch (not sure how to spell that...), the same company that makes Budweiser, is getting ready to release a gluten free beer called Red Bridge in the next month or two. Mostly to health food stores for right now.

I also got a GF beer at Beverages and More about six months ago. They had two brands available at that time, but I can't recall the names. I'm not a beer-drinker myself, but my husband drank it.

This one is made in Quebec, Canada. we can get it here in British Columbia but I'm not sure how far they ship it.

Bitter contains less gluten than lager. Duval contains very little (mind you, it contains so much alcohol, you probably wouldn't notice).
