Hi All,
Would like to purchase an inexpensive digital camera for my aunt, a non pc user. She'll be using the camera to take mostly indoor photos of her cats, and developing the photos directly from the memory card. She does not have a pc and has no desire to use one. She is used to using the old 110 instamatic so anything simple to use and similar in handling will be best for her. I am trying to convince her of going digital since she can no longer find the old 110 film. Thanks.

i would recommend the Canon PowerShot A530 it is a great camera for beginners but still takes great shots and is compatible with both mac and PC via usb cord.It has 4x zoom built in flash and a lot of other great features for beginners. And its cannon a company which makes great lenses and its cheap only $150. If this doesn't work B&H is a great site for pro and consumer cameras. http://www.bhphotovideo.com/

I would consider with the Canon Powershot A530 the Fugifilm FinePix A500, which takes a fine picture and probably cheaper than the Canon.
