I have dyed my hair probably 15 times in the last 4 years...anyway I can prevent any more damage??

Go to the store and buy some polish and it will help it not look like its damaged so much and leave it in for about 10 or 15 minutes and then wash it out really good so your head doesnt ich. and if you dont wash it out really really good you will have a really ichy head.

I get my roots done and freshen ends every 5 weeks and mine is long, shiny and in good shape. Have it professionally done, using the lowest ammonia product possible. Use pro shampoo, conditioner and styling products.

deep conditioning with a good brand of conditioner. I dye my hair all the time, and never get it professionally done. however, my hair stays healthy by regular cut jobs and good conditioners.
